Dear guests
to make your stay as pleasant as possible we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is from 15.00 hours
On the departure day check-out time is until 11.00. All check-outs after 11.00 may warrant an extra charge in the amount of 50% of the
accommodation price.
If the room is not vacated before 18.00 hours full price of accommodation is charged.
The Hotel Palcich accommodation can be used only by the person registered at the reception.
Smart key-card
The smart key-card you were given when you registered into the hotel functions as a room key and also as an activation key that activates
electricity and heating/air conditioning in your room.
To ensure reasonable use of the resources, heating/air conditioning is automatically deactivated if your room door or windows are open.
Please close the door when leaving the room. You do not have to return the key-card to the reception if you're exiting the hotel, only when
you are checking out.
The loss of the key-card is charged 6 € per card.
Room charges
All drinks and meals in our restaurant, lobby bar or wine bar as well as all other extra services can be charged to your room to be paid when
you leave the hotel. When charging to your room we kindly ask you to provide your room card and that you personally sign every receipt.
Hotel receipt
Hotel receipt is paid on the hotel reception. Payment is possible in cash, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and debit cards. Cash payment is
possible only in Euro.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00am
If you booked your room with breakfast but plan on leaving the hotel before 7.00 you can ask for a lunch-pack at the reception.
Half-board/dinner
Our hotel offers an option to book your accommodation with half-board service. The price of half-board can be checked with the reception
staff.
Kitchen is open everyday from 14.00pm until 22.00pm. If you would like to have your meal some other time please contact the front desk so
we can make the necessary arrangements.
Children
It is possible for children below the age of 4 to sleep free of charge in the room while sharing the bed with parents.
If needed we can arrange a baby crib to be placed in your room free of charge.
Accommodation for the children above the age of 4 is charged extra according to our hotel price list.
Hotel room
It's not allowed to take any room inventory, equipment or objects from the hotel. It's not allowed to take room visits, for any visits please use
our restaurant, lobby bar or wine bar.
Please report all eventual malfunctions to the hotel reception. As the guests of this hotel you will be held responsible for any intentionally
caused damages, and before leaving the hotel you will be charged for the said damages.
Mini-bar
Consummation of the products from the mini-bar is charged as per attached price list. If you consume anything from the mini-bar please note
it on the price list and hand it in on the reception when checking out. Mini-bar is controlled and refilled daily.
Room service
Room service is possible between 7.00 and 22.00. To order room service please dial 100. Extra cost per room service is 10 Euro.
Water
Water is one of our most valuable resources and to ensure the maximum protection of our environment we kindly ask you to be careful with
the water usage and that you always ensure that you close all of the taps properly.
Electricity
The Electrical network charge in our room is 220V. If you need any additional adapters for the electric sockets in your room please ask for
them at the hotel reception, our staff will kindly provide it for you. We only ask that you return it before leaving the hotel.
Room cleaning service
Room cleaning service is scheduled every day from 9.00 to 15.00. If you want your room cleaned during some other time of the day please
contact the reception.
'Do not disturb' sign
Our rooms are equipped with the smart room system. On the control panel in your room you can activate the 'Do not disturb' sign. When
activated, hotel staff will not knock or enter your room and your room will not be cleaned. If you want your room cleaned later or some other
time please contact the reception.
Personal belongings
When leaving your room please ensure that you close the room door. If you need to store any valuables please use the room safe or the
reception safe. Unless your valuables, money and documents are not stored in the room safe with personal password, the Hotel cannot
guarantee their safety and will not be held responsible for their loss or damage.
Pets
Hotel Palcich is not a pet-friendly hotel and animals are not allowed inside of the hotel.
Smoking
According to the Croatian law, smoking is not allowed in all hotel public closed areas.
Food and drinks in the room
Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in rooms or any other hotel areas for
sanitary reasons.
Dangerous and explosive objects
It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and chemicals and objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel area.
Fire alarm
In case of a fire alarm please follow the instructions from the evacuation plan that is placed next to your room door.
Complaints
We kindly ask you to communicate any complaints you might have directly to our reception staff.
All eventual complaints will be taken into consideration if reported during your stay in the hotel. Subsequent complaints will not be taken
into consideration.
Authority of the hotel in case of violation of the House Rules
As the guest of Hotel Palcich you are obliged to behave appropriately so that you do not disturb other guests or cause any inconveniences in
the Hotel area. For certain violations of the House Rules the Hotel Management has the authority to ask you to immediately vacate your
room and the hotel without any prior notice or stated reason. In such cases you are obliged to leave the hotel. In case you refuse to leave the
room in such a situation the Management of the Hotel is authorised to remove your personal belongings from the hotel. In case of such
violations you will also be charged for the full price of your stay and for any damages that said violations might have caused to the property
of the hotel.
Rules and laws
All our guests are obliged to respect and behave according to the rules and laws of The Republic of Croatia. Management of the hotel holds
the right to make additions and amendments to the above stated House Rules.
